Pop Off is operated by Really Nice, based in Perugia, Italy. We are responsible for the personal information described in this notice.
For privacy questions or requests, email legal@popoff.agency.
When you contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, country of residence, links to your content and any messages you send.
We may also collect relevant information from publicly available social media profiles, posts and published business contact details to identify potential creator collaborations.
Our website and hosting services process technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. When you send an enquiry, we keep a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address rather than the address itself, so we can limit how many enquiries come from one place.
Please do not send us passwords, wallet private keys or seed phrases.
We use your information to respond to enquiries, assess potential collaborations and discuss our services. Where you ask us to explore working together, we process the information needed to take steps towards a possible contract.
We rely on our legitimate interests in running, protecting and developing our business for general correspondence, relevant creator research and outreach where legally permitted. We balance these interests against your privacy rights. Where consent is required for marketing, we ask for it.
We also process information where necessary to meet our legal obligations.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter, authorise a token launch or create a client agreement.
If we work together, we will explain any additional campaign-related use of your information before it begins.
We share information only where needed with service providers that support our website, enquiry form, email and business records:
We may also share relevant information with professional advisers or authorities where legally required.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cloudflare, Slack and Google are based in the United States, so some processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare, Slack and Google are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and their data processing agreements include Standard Contractual Clauses. Email legal@popoff.agency for details of these safeguards.
We delete unsuccessful enquiries and unused prospect records 12 months after our last meaningful interaction, unless we need specific records to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute. The IP-address hash is deleted with the enquiry it belongs to.
Technical logs are kept for up to 7 days.
New-enquiry notifications in Slack are kept according to our Slack workspace’s retention settings.
If you ask us not to contact you again, we may retain the minimum information needed to respect that request.
This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
It stores one small item in your browser’s session storage: a note that our animated logo has already played, so it doesn’t replay on every page. It contains nothing that identifies you and is deleted when you close the tab.
Everything on this website, including its typeface, is served from our own domain, so your browser doesn’t contact other companies’ servers when you visit.
The one exception is a post from X or Instagram inside a story. It appears as a plain preview, and only loads from X or Instagram if you press “Load the post”. X or Instagram may then set their own cookies and receive information such as your IP address, under their privacy policies.
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use, or receive a portable copy. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
You can object to direct marketing at any time, free of charge. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests because of your particular circumstances. To make a request or stop outreach, reply to our message or email legal@popoff.agency.
You can complain to your local data protection authority. In Italy, this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
We may update this notice as our services change. The latest version will appear on this page with an updated date.
